The Family Room

The family room has double doors to enter from the front and a 12' Anderson Dual Slider to enter from the back (lots of cool air flow in the summer!). It has a tray ceiling, a 1940s bar built by the Kasner Brothers, a arcade area, 8 ft pool table with ping pong (and plenty of room), and a family sitting area with couch and tv. This portion of the house is at ground level with a concrete floor. It is pre-wired for 2 flat screen tvs and stereo. The pool table, games, bar lights, chairs, and couch stay with the house.
